Anna Dixon – 1873-1959

Scottish artist Dixon studied at the RSA Life School in Edinburgh under E A Walton, Charles Mackie and William Walls.

Dixon specialised in watercolours particularly in birds, flowers and children in landscapes.

Professional Bodies: RSW, 1917; President SSWA 1930-1942.

Exhibited At: Royal Scottish Academy; RSW; Royal Glasgow Institute of Fine Arts; Royal Academy; Liverpool; Aberdeen Artists’ Society.
