Ronald Ossory Dunlop R.A. 1894-1973
Irish Born painter in oil of landscapes, seascapes, figure studies, portraits and still life. He trained at the Manchester School of Art, the Wimbledon School of Art and later in Paris. He exhibited extensively throughout his career at the Royal Academy, the Royal Society of Arts, the Royal Hibernian Academy and the Royal Glasgow Institute of the Fine Arts, The New English Art Club, the Royal Scottish Academy and elsewhere.
He was a member of the R.A., the R.B.A, the N.E.A.C. works by Dunlop can be found in the Tate ,Glasgow Museums and in the Walker Art Gallery.
