Thomas Todd Blaylock

Thomas Todd Blaylock Scottish (1876 – 1929) born in Langholm, and studied at the Royal College of Art in London.  Scottish Impressionist and Modern artist studied at the Royal College of Art an accomplished painter in oils and pastels and as an etcher/engraver, particularly of woodcut prints. His works were regularly exhibited at the Royal Academy, the Royal Society of British Artists, the Pastel Society and overseas.
