Hector Chalmers (1849-1943)
Hector Chalmers was a Scttish artists who lived in Edinburgh, he was an artist in both Watercolour and Oils his subjects often being that of picturesque Landscape views. His works were exhibited widely in many prestigious galleries including 176 works in the Royal Scottish Academy.
